Our Story
Inter-Neighbourhood Security Services (INS) is a licensed private security company, incorporated in Kenya. We specialise in the provision, development and enhancement of a wide range of security services.
INS was established after a comprehensive evaluation of the market — we saw the gap that exists in professional security provision and built a company with the services and products to fill it. Our team carries wide experience across law enforcement, private security and the corporate sector.
Our head office is situated along the Eastern Bypass, Karuguru, next to North Crest View Apartment in Nairobi, with branch offices in Embu and Nakuru serving clients countrywide.

Our People
Every INS guard undergoes extensive training in security drills, first aid, management techniques, security patrols, sentry guarding and customer relations — plus tailor-made training before deployment to each new assignment.
How We Operate
We provide staff supervision free of charge to every client. Experienced supervisors under our Operations Department check and assign guards randomly to guarantee punctuality, alertness and decency on duty.
Our control room is manned throughout the day and night, with an emergency response team keeping management in constant touch with personnel on the ground for a timely response to every concern.
Random spot checks are carried out on guards on duty at client assignments — eradicating laxity, detecting security breaches early and acting as a pre-emptive security measure.
INS collaborates with the Kenya Police Service, local administration, county enforcement and other security players, building good working relationships within the communities where we operate.
Every client signs a service contract that stipulates the terms and obligations of each party — so you always know exactly what you're getting.
Our business development team constantly reviews the market for emerging security trends, and all personnel are updated through regular staff refresher courses.

Inter-Neighbourhood Security Services Ltd is registered with the Registrar of Companies in Kenya and holds a valid KRA PIN and Tax Compliance certification. Copies of our certificates are available to clients on request.
